Second, I'm pleased to tell you that I had a great weekend in November, meeting a lot of you and a lot of other photographers during festivals in Belgium and France. I will try to write you a longer mail this week with my findings and proposals for our next meeting. Third, I'm experiencing some problems organizing a bank account on behalve of the IFWP in the Netherlands. I need a writing from the Chambre du Commerce in Paris to open the account, and that is quite a complex organisatorical thing. One thing is that we still need to update this with the new persons in the board. Anyway, I will give you a concrete proposal how to organize it within a few days, then we'll organize the account and as soon as we have an account number, we'll send the invoices of last year. Last, but certainly not least, I'm very happy to hear from our Slovakian friends about the organisation of our yearly event in Mala Fatra National Park, and the good possibilities of taking pictures there. I'm am really looking forward to going there. So far, this is the good news. The sad news is that the proposal for the date is in the first half of june. I thought that we had a confirmation on the second half of june. So I scheduled my work around it and planned, for example, a meeting with all my boardmembers, the Minister of Agriculture and Nature and 12 directors of provincial nature conservation organisations on the 8th and 9th of june. Due to the nature of this meeting and the attendants, it's impossible for me to change that date. So I really hope that there is a possibility in the second half of june, like I expected, or I will be facing a problem to join the IFWP meeting. I would suggest that we don't tell the date to all the members of your organisations yet, untill we sorted this out. I'm very sorry to bring up this problem, but I can't do anything about it at the moment. I hope to hear some reactions soon, specially from Miro of course, and I will get back to all of you later this week. So far for now, Sincerely yours, Henkjan Kievit
